Our original limited-edition Summer Pale Ale is back!
Made in collaboration with Orbit Beers and brewed locally in Walworth. Japanese ‘Sorachi Ace’ hops, a variety developed in Japan in the 1970s, gives the beer a distinctive & unique characteristic with herbal flavours of coconut, lemongrass & coriander. Using a pale English malt base, with the addition of some wheat malt, perfectly compliments our wheat-based ramen noodles. The water profile is also adjusted to give a full and silky mouthfeel. Limited production so enjoy while it lasts!
